• Our spa staff is dedicated to creating a memorable spa experience for you.  You are welcome to leave gratuities at your discretion.
  

Spa Policies

• If you are unable to make your appointment you must notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not notify us, a full service cost will apply.
  

• We are a cell phone free facility.  To ensure a tranquil atmosphere for all of our guests, please turn off your cell phone prior to your arrival. 
  

• We have designed our scheduling to allow ample time for relaxation and tranquility during your service.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment.
  

• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.  The full price of the treatment is applied.
  

• Please be considerate to others, and keep voices low when entering our hallway to treatment areas.
  

• For your child’s safety and for the relaxation of others, we ask that you refrain from bringing children unless they have an appointment.
  

• For all returned checks a $25 processing fee will be applied.
  

• Credit card number is required when booking multiple services, packages, or full sets of Xtreme Lashes.      .
